1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing items in shipment
2. Return Window
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened food products cannot be returned
- Products used or improperly stored are not eligible
4. Refunds & Replacements
- Eligible cases may receive replacement or refund
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days
